The W.O.R.T.H.Y. Framework is a guided 5-week experience designed to help participants understand their value, challenge negative beliefs, build confidence, and develop a healthy sense of self-worth.

Through practical activities, reflective exercises, and applied learning, participants will:

  • Challenge and reframe limiting beliefs
  • Build lasting confidence and self-respect
  • Develop habits that support a positive self-image

This framework empowers individuals to strengthen their identity, supporting academic success, healthy relationships, and intentional life choices.
